In this study, the adverse event of oral system was set as the dependent variable Y. additionally, a series of variables including age (X1), gender (X2), smoking (X3), alcohol (X4), history of allergy (X5), original disease (X6), incorporation of other diseases (X7), applied medication (X8), and simultaneous medication (X9) were set as the independent variables. For X1, those ranged from 0~15 yrs, 16~ 30 yrs, 31~45yrs, 46~60 yrs, and ≥ 60 yrs were assigned with a score of 0, 1, 2, 3, and 4, respectively. For X2, the male patients were assigned a score of 0, while the female patients were assigned a score of 1. For X3, those with and without histories of smoking were assigned a score of 1 and 0, respectively. For X4, those with and without histories of drinking were assigned a score of 1 and 0, respectively. For X5, the original disease resulted in oral cavity lesion was assigned a score of 1 point. For those the original disease resulted in no oral cavity lesion was assigned a score of 0 point. For X7, those without incorporation of other disease were assigned a score of 0. Those with incorporation of other disease resulted in oral cavity lesion were assigned a score of 1, while those incorporation of other disease resulted in no oral cavity lesion were assigned a score of 2. For X8, those taken the drugs resulted in oral cavity lesion were assigned a score of 1, while those taken the drugs resulted in no oral cavity lesion were assigned a score of 0. For X9, those without simultaneous medication were assigned a score of 0. Those taken simultaneous medication resulted in oral cavity lesion were assigned a score of 1, while those taken the simultaneous medication resulted in no oral cavity lesion were assigned a score of 0.
